On the property you will find that the natural setting around the two private ponds offers great opportunities for viewing a wide variety of the island's wildlife.

At the West-End Paradise, you may choose between a cozy room, studio apartment, 1-or 2-bedroom suite. Each 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom/2-bath ground floor level suite features a full kitchen, nicely furnished living room, and a wide screened-in porch.

All the suites are luxuriously spacious, very comfortable and perfectly maintained. Each has its individually controlled central air conditioning/heat and own telephone for free local calls. All rooms and suites provide direct access to the tropical gardens and lagoons. In the gardens you will find dining areas with barbeque grills, shady gazebos, lounge chairs and sea shell cleaning facilities. Complimentary amenities include.........

Relax and enjoy the peaceful island nature near one of the two private ponds, both of which are home to a great variety of the island's wildlife which often includes a morning concert performed by dozens of birds. Many of our guests' have learned the art of bird watching right in our backyard. Viewing Yellow-crowned Night-Herons nesting, as well as Screeh-Owls, Great Blue and Green Herons, Bald Eagles, Ibis, Ospreys, Snowy and Great Egrits, and Anhingas catching fish in the ponds.

The West-End Paradise is centrally located between Sanibel & Captiva Islands. We are only two miles from the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge's entrance. Some of the island's finest restaurants are also very close by as well as marinas, world-class shelling, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, shops, waverunners & parasailing, windsurfing, golf and 27 miles of bike trails. We also recommend visiting the San-Cap Conservation Foundation and CROW....... or maybe just hang out at the West-End Paradise's most remarkable beach!!!

Nightly rates range from $95 to $220 May thru December 14th, and from December 15th thru April, $125 to $290 depending on the unit. Weekly and monthly rates are available. Winter rates may apply to holidays. Rates are based on a 2 to 4 person occupancy. Additional guest are $10 to $20 per person, per night depending on the season. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. A $200.00 security deposit may be required for parties of 4 or more, payable upon arrival.

All that is needed to make a reservation is a credit card. A deposit is required only when a credit card is not available. Payment is due in full upon arrival. Our cancellation policy may apply to any changes made to a reservation after 48 hours from the time the reservation was made or is effective immediately for reservations made less than 72 hours in advance. A 3 to 7 day minimum may be required from Dec. thru April, and during holidays, and weekends. Daily maid service not provided. Weekly housekeeping is available for extended stays.
